Rendering products returns and refunds policy
We have a strict return and refund policy when it comes to returning or requesting a refund of your rendering products purchased from us.
15% restocking charge will be applicable.
No returns on powders or non-stocked items.
If you would like to return your purchase the products you purchased must be returned within 7 days and be unopened and undamaged and also in original packaging. Any sign of damage including water damage, fire damage, or modification to the product will therefore make the product non-returnable and not be eligible for a refund.
If the product is in the same condition as when you purchased it and or the wrong product has been delivered we will begin the process of a refund.
Refunds can be arranged after product inspection. Any refund payments will be made to the payment method used to make the purchase.
Depending on the products purchased you may also be eligible for a product swap.
Amendments to the above are at the discretion of the site management.
